No person shall use the name of any association in charge or control of any charitable activity in any solicitation without having written permission from two (2) of the officers of such association, to use its name or the name of or reference to such charitable activity, which written permission must be for a specific event or a specified period of time and a copy of such permission must be filed with the Committee prior to any such use.
