§ 9.09.010 ZONING RESTRICTIONS.
   Helistops shall be permitted only in the M-1, M-2, and S Zones, subject to the regulations of this Chapter and the provisions of a conditional use permit regarding hours of use, types of helicraft, intensity of use, and other matters affecting the public welfare.
