A. No person or agency shall paint any street or curb surface unless authorized by the City Engineer; provided, however, that this Section shall not apply to the painting of numbers on a curb surface by any association, corporation or person who has complied with the provisions of this chapter or resolution of this City pertaining thereto.
B. Violation of this Section shall constitute a misdemeanor, punished by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), six (6) months in jail, or both.
