§ 7.01.320 AUTHORITY TO REMOVE, RELOCATE AND DISCONTINUE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.
   Subject to the City Council approval, the Public Works Director shall remove, relocate or discontinue the operation of any traffic control device not specifically required by State law or this Chapter whenever the City Engineer shall determine in any particular case that the conditions which warranted or required this installation no longer exist.
