No person shall interfere with or obstruct in any way any police officer or other officer or employee of this City in their enforcement of the municipal code provisions, or any other city, county or state law. A violation of this section shall be deemed a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000), six (6) months in jail, or both.
