§ 5.01.085 PAYMENT UNDER PROTEST.
   A.   Any business entity protesting charges billed for additional solid waste handling shall make payment of such charges and, at the same time, file a written protest with the City Accounting Department.
   B.   Within thirty (30) days thereafter the Department shall notify the business entity of his or its decision.
   C.   The business entity may appeal the decision of the City Accounting Department to the City Council, whose decision on such appeal shall be final.
