§ 3.04.210 DUTIES AND AUTHORITY.
   The members of the Corps shall be qualified to assist regular police officers in their duties and shall be subject to such requirements of training as prescribed by the Chief of Police and the Police Reserve Manual as adopted by the City Council. When lawfully performing duties assigned by the Chief of Police, the Corps members shall have the same power as a regular police officer.
