§ 3.04.115 AUTHORIZATION TO MANUFACTURE BADGES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to manufacture, design, make, sell or transfer any badge which closely resembles an official badge as designated herein, unless the City Council has authorized same in writing.
