§ 3.04.110 POSSESSION OF UNAUTHORIZED POLICE BADGES UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession any official badge of the type designated herein, unless such badge has been regularly issued to him pursuant to his official capacity with the City.
