§ 3.04.100 OFFICIAL BADGES; TYPE; MANNER ISSUED.
   A.   Type. The official police officer badge of the City shall be of the type and design and size approved by the City Council in Resolutions Nos. 2249 and 2617. The “Shield type” shall be issued exclusively to regularly employed members of the Police Department.

   B.   Manner issued. All police badges shall be issued only by the City Council.
