§ 3.02.030 FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF CITY ENGINEER.
   Wherever in this Code any function or duty is assigned to the Director of Public Works or the Department of Public Works, it shall be deemed to mean that said function or duty is assigned to the City Engineer and the Engineering Division, respectively.
