§ 3.02.005 EMPLOYEE BONDS; FIXING AMOUNT AND COVERAGE.

   The official bond for the officers and employees of the City is hereby fixed in the type, amount and coverage indicated herein:

   A.   Individual Faithful Performance Bonds:

   City Treasurer      $500,000.00 per occurrence

   City Clerk      $500.000.00 per occurrence

   B.   Employee Blanket Bond, $500.000.00 per occurrence.

   Coverage:

      1.   Faithful Performance Coverage for City Council members, management employees, and police sergeants when acting as watch commanders.

      2.   Honesty Coverage for all other City employees.
