A. Notwithstanding the definition of the term
SHALL as set forth in § 1.01.010, no provision, section, or enactment, which is part of this Code, shall be construed to hold the City or any officer or employee thereof responsible or liable for any action or inaction relating to any official duty created by this Code.
B. No ordinance, resolution, enactment, motion or policy made by the City shall be construed to hold the City or any officer or employee thereof responsible or liable for any action or inaction relating to any official duty established by the ordinance, resolution, enactment, motion or policy.
