There is hereby established a monthly stormwater utility fee to be charged to all owners of real estate within the town for the use of and services provided by the stormwater utility of the town.
(A) For residential real estate, the monthly storm water utility fee shall be a flat residential customer charge of $2.
(B) For non-residential/commercial real estate, the monthly storm water utility fee shall be a flat non-residential/commercial customer charge of $4.
(C) For condos, hotels, motels and condotels, the monthly storm water utility fee shall be a flat customer charge of $8.
