(A) The make and model of fire hydrants installed shall be approved by the Town Council.

(B) Every fire hydrant installed within the town or surrounding zoning area shall have:
(1) Minimum of two 2-1/2 inch connections;
(2) Minimum of one 4-1/2 inch connections;
(3) All threads to be NST thread;
(4) Side six inch;
(5) Five and one-quarter inch valve opening;
(6) Five and one-half inch bury depth;
(7) Three hundred sixty degree upper section rotation;
(8) Open left (CCW);
(9) Seven-inch inside barrel diameter minimum; and
(10) Auxiliary shut-off.
