Sixty days after the passage of this section by the Town Council, the municipal water utility of the town shall be removed from the jurisdiction of the IURC for purposes of establishing and approving rates and charges and of the issuance of stocks, bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness, all pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 8-1.5-3-9.1.
