§ 72.02 PARKING OF SEMI-TRUCKS AND TRAILERS ON STREETS IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a semi-tractor or other truck exceeding five tons on a public street in any residential zone, as designated by the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map. This prohibition shall not apply to the parking or standing of such vehicle for the purpose of making pickups or deliveries from or to any building or structure located within such residential zone, or for the purpose of delivering materials to be used in the repair, alteration, remodeling, or construction of any such building or structure for which a building permit has been obtained. The prohibition shall not apply to any semi-tractor or truck exceeding five tons parked on private property.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any semi-tractor or other truck exceeding five tons to permit said vehicle to idle in a residential area for a period greater than 15 minutes.
