(A) Smoking is prohibited on or in any area of the Culver Town Park. The use or smoking of any tobacco products including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and smokeless tobacco is strictly prohibited on Culver Town Park grounds and includes any buildings or structures located thereon.
(B) In addition to any fines, penalties, or punishment authorized by Indiana state law, this smoking prohibition may be enforced as an chapter violation. The fine for violating this chapter smoking prohibition is $100.
