(A) There is hereby established a Culver Storm Water Utility Fund.
(B) That the user fees collected in accordance with Ord. 2009-008 establishing fees and any amendments thereto are to be deposited in said fund with the revenues retained, accumulated, and used for improvements of the Storm Water Utility System as permitted by I.C. 36-9-23 and as directed by the Town Council.
(C) That the fund shall be established and administered in accordance with the purpose set forth by the Town Council for the Town of Culver and in accordance with state law and compliance with the State Board of Account.
