§ 32.12 POLICE DEPARTMENT GIFT AND DONATION FUND.

(A) There is hereby established a Police Department Gift and Donation Fund which shall be used for the deposit of gifts and donations received by and on behalf of the Police Department, and which shall be a non-reverting fund of the town.

(B) Funds accumulated in the Fund shall be used solely for training of personnel and the purchase of equipment and supplies for and on behalf of the Police Department, and all expenditures from the Fund shall first be approved by the Town Council.
