§ 151.081 STREET AND TRAFFIC SIGNS.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of the subdivider to provide and install street identification and traffic signs at all street intersections within the subdivision prior to the construction of any permanent improvements other than those specifically set forth by this chapter. The signs and posts shall conform to the following standards or be of a design approved by the Plan Commission after appropriate consideration has been given to future maintenance.
   (B)   Each sign post shall consist of a two-inch galvanized pipe ten feet long weighing two pounds per foot.
   (C)   Each sign shall be of a metal double blade design, white reflectorized, with three-inch black gothic letters, mounted at the top of the post with the street name on both sides at an elevation of seven feet above the paved street.
   (D)   All signs shall be located within the street right-of-way, but no closer than six feet from the edge of the traveled portion of the street.
