§ 150.081  ENFORCEMENT; PERMIT LANGUAGE REQUIRED.
   The Building Commissioner shall have the power to enforce this subchapter, and any building permit issued pursuant to Chapter 152 shall contain a provision that roofs be constructed of fire resistant covering material.
