§ 150.045 BASIC EQUIPMENT AND FACILITY REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   The term BUILDING INSPECTOR as used in this subchapter is understood to be either the Building Commissioner or the Building Inspector.

   (B)   (1)   Each dwelling unit shall have adequate rubbish storage facilities.

      (2)   Each dwelling unit shall have adequate garbage disposal facilities or garbage storage containers.

      (3)   Every dwelling unit shall have safe, unobstructed means of egress leading to safe and open space at ground level, as required by the laws of the state.
