§ 150.001  TITLE; PURPOSE.
   (A)   This chapter and all material included herein by reference shall be known as the "Building Code of Culver, Indiana."
   (B)   The purpose of this chapter is to protect the life, public safety, health and general welfare of the citizens of the town, and shall be construed in a manner to effectuate this purpose.
