§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any child who violates § 130.01 or the custodial parent or legal guardian of any child who commits a curfew violation as defined herein, violates § 130.01 and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100.
(Prior Code, § 7.3)
   (B)   Any person or persons violating the provisions of § 130.02 shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not exceeding $10.
(Prior Code, § 7.1.2)
   (C)   Violations of § 130.03, regarding the enforcement of open container regulations, shall be fined a minimum of $100.
