Pursuant to the authority granted to the Town Council by the state General Assembly in Chapter 226 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1935, consent is hereby granted to the Alcoholic Beverage Commission of the state to issue liquor retailer's permits to applicants otherwise duly qualified under the law in respect to premises located within the town.
