Unless otherwise approved by the Street Superintendent, or his or her designee, trees planted in the public tree lawn shall be those species in the Approved Street Tree Species List in the Tree Care Manual. Trees will be planted at the size and spacing recommended in the list narrative. No vegetation which reaches a mature height of between two and one-half feet and eight feet shall be planted within 50 feet of the intersecting curb lines of a street corner, as not to impede traffic visibility line of sight.
