§ 95.049  PRUNING, TRIMMING AND REMOVAL.
   No person or property owner shall remove a tree or boundary tree from the public tree lawn for the purpose of construction, or for any other reason, or prune limbs with a diameter of over three inches of a street tree without first securing a tree care permit from the Street Superintendent. The person or property owner shall bear any cost of complete removal, including chipping of all limbs and removal of stump. All trimming, pruning and other tree care activities shall comply with this chapter and proper arboricultural practices as delineated in the Tree Care Manual of the town. The person or property owner shall bear the cost of these activities.
