Any person employed by a property owner to perform tree care activities on street trees is required to supply proof of insurance coverage and be bonded with the town, indemnifying the town for any person injured or property damaged resulting from the pursuit of the endeavors as herein described. The insurance shall include liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $500,000 for bodily injury and $500,000 property damage indemnifying the town or any person injured or damaged from the pursuit of the endeavors as herein described.
