(A) Any party seeking to make a street cut on any street or alley in the town shall first obtain the permission to perform the work from the appropriate department head of the town.
(B) Following the work that is performed requiring a street cut, the town will repair and place the street back into the condition it was prior to the street cut and the party performing the street cut shall reimburse the town on a per square yard basis the actual cost incurred by the town in placing the street or alley back into the condition it was prior to the street cut being made.
