Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to apply to any person, firm or corporation lawfully engaged in the junk business, a garage, body shop or other vehicle repair business, auto sales business or other lawful business in a properly zoned area in which automobiles or other vehicles are kept, stored or parked as an incident to the conducting of the business.
