(A) When appropriate signs are erected, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle at any time upon the following streets and parts of streets in the town:

(B) Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, any person violating any provisions of this schedule shall be fined the sum of $2. The fines may be paid to the Town Marshal, his or her deputy or deputies, without additional costs of any kind if voluntarily paid at the time of making arrest, in which event the police officer shall give a receipt. The Town Marshal shall be provided duplicate serially numbered receipt forms, and shall receipt for the same to the Clerk-Treasurer, the original receipt to be furnished to violators, and the duplicate returned to the Clerk-Treasurer with the fine collected, the Town Marshal to account to the Clerk-Treasurer at the end of each week for all receipts issued and fines so collected. Any penalties so collected shall become a part of the General Fund of the town. The Town Marshal shall also be provided, in duplicate, suitable serially numbered forms for notifying violators to appear and answer charges of violating any of the provisions hereof.
