§ 50.04  BURNING RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be lawful to burn leaves, paper or tree trimmings on the ground, and not in a container, provided that such fires are properly supervised, and does not constitute a public hazard or nuisance by means of excessive smoke or otherwise.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to burn any refuse, rubbish, or trash, at any time other than the daylight hours of 8:00 a.m. and specifically not later than 4:00 p.m. (current time).  It shall also be unlawful to burn anything on dark, cloudy, or rainy days.
