§ 50.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARBAGE.  Includes offal, and waste animal or vegetable matter from a kitchen, market or store, food scraps discarded as waste material.
   REFUSE, RUBBISH, and TRASH.  Such terms are interchangeable and include but are not limited to the following:  vegetation, cuttings or trimmings; broken, torn or worthless pieces of personal property; anything not of appreciable value deposited or discarded for disposal.
