(A) The town shall pay 60% and any full-time employee who elects to be covered shall pay 40% of the monthly premium charged by Anthem Insurance Group for health insurance under the individual or family plan, as the full-time employee may elect, and as such plans may be adopted from time to time by and between Anthem Insurance Group and the town.
(B) This section shall apply only to full-time employees of the town.
(C) Each full-time employee shall be entitled to elect whether he or she desires the health insurance contemplated by this section.
(D) Any full-time employee electing to be covered by the health insurance contemplated by this section, shall have his or her 40% share of the premium for the individual or family health insurance plan so elected deducted from the wages regularly paid to him or her by the town.
