§ 31.11  OFF ROAD VEHICLE (ORV) INSPECTION FUND.
   (A)   There shall be an Off Road Vehicle (ORV) Inspection Fund established for the deposit of inspection fees collected by the town.
   (B)   This Fund shall be created for the maintenance and disbursement of amounts received for police and town equipment and capital expenditures.
   (C)   All amounts previously paid to the town for this purpose shall be accounted for in the Fund.
