The 361 appropriation funds known as the Park Department/Fire Department shall now be equally divided and shall become their own individual appropriation fund. The appropriation fund 361(a) is hereby created and shall be known as the Park Department. The appropriation fund 361(b) is hereby created and shall be known as the Fire Department. The accounts shall be reverting funds, and the Town Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to organize and maintain the accounts in accordance with all state and local rules and regulations.
