§ 51.008 WASTEWATER UTILITY BILLING PROCEDURES.

(A) The sanitary sewer charges, storm water utility charges and monthly landfill fees for residential rental properties units shall be billed to the property owner and mailed to the address of the property owner.

(B) The sanitary sewer charges, storm water utility charges and monthly landfill fees for commercial and/or industrial property units shall be billed to person being billed for water service and mailed to the address of the property owner.
