A separate account, named the “Unsafe Building Fund,” is hereby created; the account shall be a non- reverting fund; the Town Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to organize and maintain the account in accordance with all state and local rules and regulations; and the Town Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to deposit all unsafe building Code monies into the account.
