§ 33.01  POLICE RESERVES.
   (A)   It is authorized that the town may appoint unlimited reserve officers.
   (B)   Reserve officers shall be appointed by the Town Marshal.
   (C)   Reserve officers shall not be members of the regular police force.
   (D)   Reserve officers shall not be compensated.
