§ 152.01  ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   Ordinance  2005-5, passed 9-1-2005, regulating sexually oriented businesses within the town’s jurisdiction is hereby adopt by reference into this code of ordinances as if set forth fully herein.  Violations of Ordinance  2005-5 shall be punished as set forth in the ordinance.
