The provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-4 et seq. as the same exist on the date of the adoption of this chapter or as the same may exist from time to time subsequent to the adoption of this chapter resulting from amendments to I.C. 36-7-9 by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, are hereby adopted as an ordinance of the town and such provisions shall be applicable to all premises and buildings and the owners or occupiers of all premises and buildings located within the town.
