(A) No person shall place a dwelling or occupy a dwelling within the corporate limits of the town, except after compliance with the conditions stated hereinbelow:
(B) The lot upon which the dwelling is placed shall contain no less than 6,200 square feet and be occupied by only one building with its accessory buildings or uses.
(C) Each lot upon which a dwelling is placed shall abut directly onto a public street and shall have at least 65 feet of frontage along said public street.
