§ 130.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person convicted of violating any section of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided is guilty of an offense and upon conviction shall be fined as provided in § 10.99.

(B) A person who violates § 130.01 of this section shall be punished by a forfeiture not exceeding $500. Each day a person maintains a residence in violation of § 130.01 constitutes a separate violation. The town may also seek equitable relief.

(C) Any sex offender who that enters upon any of those parks described in § 130.02(B) shall be subject to a fine of not more than $2,500 nor less than $100.
