(A) All costs associated with the removal and disposal of an abandoned vehicle, as defined herein, will be paid by the property owner or vehicle owner, whomever has the owning or possessing interest pertaining to the vehicle. Unpaid costs will be posted to the appropriate persons property tax assessment. If the person or organization responsible for unpaid costs is not a county property owner, the matter will be referred to the Town Attorney for appropriate action.
(B) The Town Council shall annually appropriate sufficient money to the fund to carry out this chapter.
