§ 30.19 ELECTION OF PRESIDENT AND VICE-PRESIDENT.

(A) The Board shall, at its first regular meeting in each calendar year, elect a President and a Vice- President. The Vice-President shall have authority to act as the President of the Board in the absence or disability of the President.

(B) The Board shall select a secretary either from within or without its own membership.
