§ 30.02  POWERS; DUTIES.
   (A)   Powers.  The Development Commission is hereby empowered to carry out the provisions of this subchapter in accordance with IC 36-7-12-1 et seq.
   (B)   Duties.  The Development Commission is hereby empowered to perform all duties and exercise all powers set forth in IC 36-7-12-1 et seq.
