§ 90.03  DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person owning, keeping, harboring or possessing any dog or cat to permit such dog or cat to go upon any place, without the permission of the owner of such place.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, owning, keeping, harboring or possessing any dog or cat to permit the same to damage or injure the person or property of another unless such damage or injury was to the person or property of a person who, at the time of such damage or injury was a trespasser upon the property of the owner, keeper, harborer or possessor of such dog or cat or unless said other person was abusing such dog or cat upon the premises of the owner, keeper, harborer or possessor thereof.
