SCHEDULE III. STOP INTERSECTIONS.

   (A)   No person, operating a vehicle shall enter the streets indicated below without first having come to a complete and full stop at the indicated stop streets.  Any person required to bring his vehicle to a complete and full stop, shall make such stop in a manner that the front of the vehicle is stopped approximately even with, and no having passed, any stop sign erected at said place to notify persons traveling on the street of the duty to so stop.
