There shall be designated five handicap parking spaces along the Preston Street north of the entrance of the Crothersville School gymnasium, and there shall be five handicap parking spaces along Preston Street south of the entrance of the Crothersville School gymnasium; each handicap parking space shall consist of at least a 20-foot parking space. Handicap parking spaces shall be designated by sign and curb painting. A
HANDICAP PERSON shall be defined as those persons eligible to receive a handicap decal or license plate as defined by state law. Penalties for violation of this section shall be as prescribed in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
